Georgia Center for Sight is pleased to welcome Dr. Onyale Warnock, O.D., to its team of dedicated eye care professionals. Dr. Warnock is an optometrist specializing in comprehensive eye care and ocular disease management, with particular interest in dry eye treatment, myopia management and post-surgical care.
Dr. Warnock earned her Doctor of Optometry degree, cum laude, from Southern College of Optometry and completed a competitive residency in primary care with an emphasis on ocular disease at Bond-Wroten Eye Clinic in Hammond, La. Her advanced training included ocular surface disease, specialty contact lenses and perioperative care.
Before joining Georgia Center for Sight, Dr. Warnock served patients at Solinsky EyeCare in West Hartford, Conn., where she provided both adult and pediatric care and led the practice’s first formal myopia management program. She also has extensive experience supporting cataract and LASIK postoperative patients and managing chronic conditions such as glaucoma and dry eye.
Dr. Warnock has contributed to the field of optometry through clinical education and research. She has presented at national conferences and co-authored a published article in Optometric Management on improving OCT imaging in glaucoma. She remains actively engaged in continuing education and is a candidate for ABO board certification.

Dr. Warnock is licensed to practice in multiple states, including Georgia, and holds prescribing privileges. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the National Optometric Association. Fluent in medical Spanish, Dr. Warnock is committed to providing inclusive and effective care for all patients.
She will see patients at Georgia Center for Sight’s Athens and Greensboro locations.
