We would like to inform you that effective September 25, 2026, Dr. Onyale Warnock will be relocating and will no longer be practicing with Georgia Center for Sight.

We are grateful for Dr. Warnock’s dedication and the compassionate care she has provided to our patients. We wish her all the best as she relocates and begins this next chapter.

Georgia Center for Sight is committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. Patients who were under Dr. Warnock’s care are welcome to continue seeing another provider from our team. Appointments will proceed as usual, and our team will contact patients directly if any scheduling changes are necessary to ensure continuity of care.

We encourage you to continue your care with Georgia Center for Sight or seek care elsewhere if you prefer. Our team is available to assist with any questions, medical record transfers, or other support you may need as you continue your care.

Your records will remain securely on file with Georgia Center for Sight unless you complete a formal records release authorizing transfer to the provider of your choice.
