Pelleve

Pelleve

The Georgia Center for Sight now offers Pelleve™

pellevePelleve™ is an FDA approved treatment option to safely tighten skin and treat facial wrinkles.

How does Pelleve™ work?

Pelleve™ is a mild cosmetic procedure used to treat and correct mild to moderate facial wrinkles without surgery! Pelleve™ works by heating up the deep layers of the skin through an advanced radiowave technology that does not damage the top layer (epidermis). The heat is what causes the skin to contract and tighten. After the Pelleve™ treatment your skin will start to produce new collagen leaving you with smoother, tighter skin without facial wrinkles!

The Pelleve™ procedure – Offered to patients in the Athens, GA area

The procedure itself will take anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour depending on the areas being treated. Since Pelleve™ does not require any anesthesia, there will not be any down time after the procedure and you will be able to resume normal activities once you leave our office.

Pelleve™ can be used to treat skin on the face and around the eyes. Possible side effects associated with Pelleve™ are generally related to the specific treatment site including some discomfort during the treatment. There is a possibility of some mild swelling or redness occurring after the treatment.

The Georgia Center for Sight will help you decide if Pelleve™ is right for you!

It is important to speak directly to the doctors at The Georgia Center for Sight to discuss the Pelleve™ procedure. It is an FDA approved treatment, but it is important to find out if it is right for your skin type. It is also important that you discuss your desired and expected outcome with our skilled doctors in order to ensure a positive experience with the procedure.
